Hilde Kristoffersen is an experienced leader with more than 20 years of experience from various leadership roles. Today she is the CEO of Kesko Norway, the parent company of Byggmakker and the electrical wholesaler Onninen. Considium has been with her on her journey since the turn of the millennium.
– Considium has followed me since 2000, almost my entire adult life, says Hilde with a laugh.
When we started working with Hilde, she had been working as a sales manager for three years. Since then, we have been able to be with her as she has taken on new roles and employers.
– When I have changed companies, I have felt the need to have a sparring partner. Considium has been with me all the way because I trust them, she says.

Genuine eagerness to help
When we asked her why she has chosen to collaborate with us for so long, she was quick to point out chemistry. What made us even more happy was that she also sees Considium as someone who cares.
– You have a genuine eagerness to help. The feeling that we are together as colleagues; I find that so genuine and nice. Then it becomes much easier to open up to tougher issues, she says and adds;
– Considium is a clear first choice for me. They are to the point, on the ball and they care.
People grow in their own leadership
We have assisted Hilde with many different assignments over the years, but a common thread can still be found; it is about performance management.
– This applies to both methods, follow-up and 1:1 coaching with managers. Now that I am at Kesko, I would say that we have already benefited greatly from the working methodology – not only in the group management, but also throughout the organization, Hilde points out.
She is clear that results can be many things, but that she sees a clear development among her colleagues after they introduced results management as a work methodology.
– Along the way, we see that people grow in their own leadership, which spreads further through the organization. It's one of the first things you notice after starting with performance management.
