Effect after completing the program:

1. Active listening

Coaching leaders engage in deep listening, give their full attention to their employees, and show interest in their perspectives, creating an environment where employees feel heard and valued.

2. Asking open-ended questions

By using open-ended questions, coaching leaders encourage reflection and problem-solving, which helps develop employees' ability to find solutions and take responsibility for their work.

3. Giving constructive feedback

Coaching leaders not only provide feedback, but ensure that the feedback is constructive and focused on areas of development. This promotes learning and improvement.

4. Goal setting and understanding of goals

Coaching leaders help employees set realistic goals and carefully understand their individual objectives, creating direction and motivation within the organization.

5. Empathy

Showing empathy means understanding your employees' feelings, challenges, and successes. This creates a positive work environment where employees feel supported and understood.

6. Guidance and support

Coaching leaders act as mentors by offering support and assistance in developing skills. They encourage learning through challenges and provide the necessary resources for growth.

7. Building trust

Trust is fundamental to coaching leadership. By being honest, trustworthy, and respectful, leaders build trust, which creates an environment where employees feel comfortable sharing ideas and challenges.

This approach to leadership is dynamic and adaptable to individual needs, focusing on developing people's potential to achieve both personal and professional success. The sum of this makes you a better leader which in turn leads to better results for your team, your organization and for you personally.
