Approach and working method

Our work on developing management teams and project teams is to a small extent course-based, but will mainly take place as an integrated part of the work the team performs.

We emphasize using participants' own experiences as a basis for training and feedback rather than prefabricated and general cases. We also ensure that the results the teams deliver will always be an integral part of the assignment.

As a common thread throughout the learning process, we include an element of performance management. This involves creating clear commitment within the team by developing individual work goals and deliverables, and ensuring systematic follow-up of these at each meeting. These goals will always be directly related to the team's overall performance requirements.

In between team meetings, we also offer individual coaching of participants to raise awareness of their own role and work on their own development needs. These coaching sessions will also help the individual prepare for the next team meeting; What should I contribute to the meeting? What do I want to achieve? How do I want to support the others in the team? How do I want to be perceived?

To develop the team meetings, we will also use varied learning methods and principles, and we will alternate between the use of role training, observation, feedback and exchange of experiences.
