What are you learning?

Through a combination of theory, exercises and case studies, you will become familiar with a number of effective techniques, including:

  • Provocation and movement – ​​challenge habitual thinking
  • Concept extraction – extracting the core of complex ideas
  • Boundary objects – building bridges between different perspectives
  • Morphological analysis – systematically exploring possibilities

The course combines short theory sessions with practical exercises. You will work both individually and in groups, in a safe and inspiring learning environment where ideas and experiences are shared.

Course leader

Sebastiano Lombardo holds a PhD in strategy from BI Norwegian School of Management and a Master of Science in Engineering from NTNU. He has over 25 years of experience as a consultant and manager in industry and R&D organizations. His research focuses on the design and management of creative processes in multidisciplinary teams, value optimization and collaboration in large projects.
