I do this through tailored design and management of innovation processes. Innovation management is about different thinking put into a system. As a leader, you can apply this to strategy, business development, organizational changes, development of new products and services, and much more.
For example: applications to the optimization of technical solutions in larger industry and transportation projects, where we work at the interface between innovation management and engineering.
I am also very involved in communication and knowledge transfer about innovation processes. How can you do this yourself without consulting assistance in the future? I can tailor and implement training programs for managers and engineers who want to specialize in innovation management.
