  • Challenges of managing former colleagues and how to solve these challenges 
  • The 10 pitfalls of a new management job and how to avoid them 
  • Strengthening your own toolbox with good leadership tools
    • The priority matrix, delegation, introducing changes, rules of the road, using AI and ChatGPT in your leadership role
  • Knowledge of coaching leadership behavior, when and how to use coaching as a tool 
  • How to give and receive constructive feedback.

There was a nice introduction to the course and materials before we started. The blocks were nicely adjusted where the course leader had a well-adjusted amount of theory and dialogue with us participants. It was therefore easy to stay engaged and focused throughout the course.
