Lars Graaner has worked with leadership, management and organizational development in public and private sectors for 30 years. He has extensive experience with performance management processes and has established leadership development programs at both basic and higher levels.

He works extensively with team development, conflict management and individual leadership coaching. He is a skilled facilitator when leadership teams need to clarify common ambitions and establish common rules of the game, as part of creating better results.
