What is the course about?
Prosci’s AI research shows that 56% of C-suite executives cite people – not technology – as the biggest barrier to successful AI adoption. 61% of employees feel unprepared to integrate AI into their workflows. Yet most organizations still spend most of their energy on the project side of the transformation. The tools are rolled out, the licenses are purchased, the plans are presented – and then the gap between implementation and adoption is closed.
It is this distance that we have built the course around.
Why this course – and why now?
Considium has worked with leadership teams in Norwegian companies for four decades. We have seen which actions actually make changes stick. With the AI wave, many organizations are now facing the biggest transformation they have seen in decades – and most leadership teams feel they lack a common language and a shared methodology to drive it forward.
The course is built for leaders who are facing – or in the midst of – a major transformation, whether it's AI-first, organizational change, new strategy, or new operating model. The principles are the same no matter what the change is about.
Academic background
What you are left with
Between meetings, you work on your own change case. After the second meeting, you take a draft of a concrete change plan back to your own organization, ready to be further processed with your leadership team.
In addition, you will reflect with other leaders who are going through similar transformations. The cases they bring in and the questions they ask will become part of your learning.
