I know what it takes to develop projects and project managers to success after working with more than 300 project managers. Often the fear of failure is greater than the joy of winning and then the room for action is reduced. In addition to coaching project managers and project owners, I work a lot on establishing management processes that contribute to learning and predictability in project portfolios and large projects.

I work with teams where members come from different cultures, be it corporate or national cultures. My contribution is to help the team increase dynamism, interaction and progress based on a shared image of success and desired culture.

I am good at reading people and situations so that I understand the reality you and your team are working in. My contribution should be relevant. I am committed to working simply and practically and adding energy.

My areas of expertise are project management, development of collaboration and team dynamics, simplifying processes, guidance/coaching, and introducing performance assurance processes.

I have a degree in civil engineering from NTH (NTNU) and have many years of management experience in engineering/technology, project implementation, process improvement and management development.
