Roar Funderud holds a degree in economics and has in-depth knowledge of Norwegian, Danish and Swedish business culture. He has been CEO and CFO in companies within branded groups such as DFDS, Ringnes/Carlsberg and Toms Gruppen. He also has experience as both a board member and chairman.

As a business leader, he has created growth in brands, results and revenue. He has led consumer-focused businesses that have won customer service awards and developed digitalized customer communication. As CFO, he has ensured good management systems and a secure bottom line, with responsibility for finance, purchasing, IT, security, legal and business development.

Roar Funderud assists leaders and businesses with solving tough tasks. Through his roles, he has felt most challenges firsthand, and at the same time learned that there is a way forward. He uses this experience, together with several years of process experience as a partner in Considium, to assist leaders with their challenges. He is good at translating complex issues into concrete actions.
