When leaders and teams succeed, it often comes down to three things: trust, clarity, and momentum.

After fifteen years as a consultant and ten years in various leadership roles, I today work with leaders and leadership groups who want to strengthen the interaction between people, create clear direction, and build a culture where people take responsibility and contribute to shared results.

Through my own leadership roles and close collaboration with organizations, I have experienced how crucial the interaction between people is to success – especially in periods of development, restructuring and new demands for collaboration.

As a consultant, I am particularly interested in the development of people in organizations. I work in particular in processes that aim to strengthen collaboration, build trust and create clear direction in the work.

I also have training in coaching and people development, which influences the way I work with leaders and groups. I am committed to creating safe and engaging processes where people reflect, are challenged and take ownership of their further development.

My approach combines structure and business understanding with insight into human dynamics and relationships.
