Tanja Juul Rødahl

Tanja Juul Rødahl has worked as executive, employer representative and chief union representative and has many years of experience in HSE-management and organizational- and work environment development. As advisor, coach and process leader she is good at making groups working together effectively. Through involvment and participation of employees a climate for enhanced wellbeing and motivation is created – with health improvement and reduced absence as a result. Her core areas as consultant are custom made managerial development processes for leader wanting to develop relationial courage, conflict management and handling challenges as they arise.

Juul Rødahl works with restructuring and changes in organizations. She conducts assessments and follow-ups of the psycho-social work environment afterwards and gives advice and counselling to executives. She holds courses, lectures and gives support and advise to managers. Juul Rødahl has completed the Master of Managment program: Teamwork and management at BI, has degrees in restructuring and negotiations from the College University at Lillehammer. She has studied social pedagogics, with emphasis on learning in organizations, has coaching- and LØFT certifications and training in mediation.
